Polyethylene wax (PE wax)

This product is pure vinyl polymer, high melting point, good dispersion, lubrication, hardness, in many aspects has excellent performance.


USES：
Color masterbatch processing: good dispersion, lubricity, widely used in a variety of thermoplastic resin color masterbatch and filler, functional masterbatch.
Hot melt adhesive production:
PVC pipe material, profile: PVC profile, pipe material, pipe fittings, PE, PP, plastic elastomer molding process do pigment dispersant, external lubricant and brightening agent, enhance the degree of plasticization, improve the toughness of plastic products and surface smoothness, qualified rate.
Production of PVC composite stabilizer:
Rubber dispersant: as the anti-adhesion and smoothness agent, filler and pigment dispersant for rubber processing, the model has the advantages of fluidity and film removal, which can improve the surface brightness and smoothness of products after demoulding, reduce the amount of paraffin wax and reduce the production cost.
Ink, powder coating, road marking paint, marking paint: dispersant, brightener, anti - sedimentation, anti - scratch, so that products have a good luster and three-dimensional feeling.
Cable material production:
Used in paraffin wax or microcrystalline wax: improve its softening temperature and viscosity, used in the production of candles, floor wax, automobile wax, polishing wax, shoe polish and other wax products, improve the softening point of wax products, increase their strength and surface gloss.
Usage：
1.Spray 0.5-1.5% or so dustproof agent in dye or pigment, dry.
2.Add 0.5-1.5% or so dustproof agent in dye or pigment, mix (bimetal mixer).
